Magister Program
Description of Marine Fisheries Technology Study Program
Marine Fisheries Technology Study Program (SP MFT) is a postgraduate program located in the Department of Fisheries Resource Utilization, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, IPB University. The establishment of SP MFT began with the establishment of the Marine Technology Study Program in 1999, then in 2007, SP MFT was split into the Capture Fisheries Technology Study Program (PS TPT) and the Capture Fisheries System and Modeling Study Program (PS SPT). In 2011, the two study programs were again merged into SP MFT. The SP MFT master program has received accreditation from BAN-PT with an A grade.
Currently, SP MFT manages 2 types of master’s programs, namely regular classes and special classes. Both have the same curriculum structure but different schedules. Lectures for the regular class master program are held on Monday-Friday, while for special classes on Friday-Saturday.
